Delivery and returns

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery timing depends on destination and will be communicated with your dispatch confirmation. Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

Unworn, unused items with original labels may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and consumer-protection reasons, some items may not be returnable unless defective. Contact us before sending any return.

Privacy

Simple by Design collects the information needed to process orders, support customers, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by this website. We do not sell personal information. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us.

Terms of sale

Product availability and prices may change without notice. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed or, for bank/EFT orders, when funds reflect and the order is approved. Product colours may vary slightly by screen. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by South African consumer law.
